Michael C. Hardy

North Carolina’s Historian of the Year for 2010 and recipient of numerous other awards, Michael Hardy has published 29 books and is currently working on others. His scholarly works are not only suitable for academics but for the general public.

Terry L. Harmon

Terry Harmon is a descendant of local families going back eight or nine generations. He writes about faith, family, and history. He is a respected genealogist and a meticulous researcher. His latest book is Convoluted, a book about the Durham murders.

Steve Sudderth

Steve Sudderth is a fifth generation Blowing Rock resident. He wrote Trails Through Time: A History of the Blowing Rock Area to preserve the early history of the town of Blowing Rock. The narrative contains a history of the Blowing Rock area from 1400 A.D. to 1900 A.D.
